I thought I'd share this with you all. My brother sent me this song a few days ago, and I could not stop listening to it. Mostly because this is ideally what the Homicides are like. (The Homicides are the eventually to be formed band thing from my fic thing, Song Without A Name, for those of you who are unawares.)

IF you pair this song up with the visuals for say, We're Back, the Dinosaur movie, when the evil dude is circusing the living fuck out of everyone using lasers and dinosaurs and other such scary junk, you get the Homicides act.

I had the oddest dream last night. I dreamt that JV asked Zarla if he could make Vargas into a graphic novel. Then he told her he was going to edit all the "gay" things out of it, and she posted online about it saying she was having a moral delema as to whether or not she would censor her work for money and fame. I never got to find out what she said, because it was at about that point I woke up. Still, though, it's an interesting question. I have a hard time imagining Vargas without Scri insisting Edgar is gay.

Anyway, I thought it was interesting enough to share and didn't feel like I should double post on Cherry Doom.

This evening I was discussing things with the great

mabdese and she explained to me how she was using Word to summarize her novel that she completed for NaNoWriMo. SWAN, scarily enough, is collectively long enough to have been a entry at 52,000 some words, and she prodded me to use the 10% summary on all of SWAN.

So, I packed up all the chapters, including the one I haven't yet completed (which I've left abandoned in the middle of a sentence, stupid me.) and told it to do minimal summary. For your veiwing pleasure, the Word Generated Soap Opera that is SWAN:

Hello... I wrote a fic on FFN (which I will eventually post on my own fanfiction site when I get Java again). My second JtHM fic; my first JtHM slash fic: Nny/Squee!!

Yeah, I'm a fan of the Nny/Older Squee pairing. I like other pairings too, but this one's my own personal fave... This story's not too slashy, but the slash IS there. Hopefully I'll do better fics in the future...

Anyhoo, enough of my ramblings:

Distant Proximity - Johnny gets depressed again and tries to remain cold, despite some persuasion from a manifestation. When he feels the need for affection again, his attention turns to one he could never immortalize...
